With over 16 years of experience teaching martial arts, I’ve worked with a diverse range of individuals—from energetic 3½-year-olds to older adults in their 70s and 80s. My background in karate has given me a deep understanding of how to adapt movement for every age and ability level, always prioritizing proper form, functional strength, and long-term health.

As a certified personal trainer, I specialize in helping clients build strength, improve flexibility, and move without pain. I’m passionate about working one-on-one and in small group settings, where I can give each person the attention and guidance they need to reach their goals safely and effectively.
I work with adults and seniors daily—focusing on practical fitness that supports real-life function, reduces pain, and enhances quality of life.
