At Bellbar Strength Lab, you'll be learning the StrongFirst standards of kettlebell, barbell, and bodyweight training. StrongFirst philosophies and training principles prioritize safety while using kettlebells and barbells. No matter what your fitness level, your joints and spine will be protected.
Our goal is to challenge everyone to be the strongest version of themselves physically and mentally.

How do I try a free class/first visit?
Click Try a Free Class and fill out the form. We’ll reach out to confirm your time and answer any questions.
What makes Bellbar different from other gyms?
We’re coaching-led and technique-focused. We teach StrongFirst-based kettlebell + barbell fundamentals with safety and progress as the priority.
Is this mostly kettlebells?
Kettlebells are a major focus here, and we also use barbells and bodyweight work to build well-rounded strength.
What should I bring / wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in and a water bottle. We’ll handle the rest.
What happens during the free class / first visit?
You’ll get a quick tour, we’ll talk about your goals, and we’ll guide you through an easy starting point so you feel confident coming back. Plan for about an hour and 15 minutes.
Do I have to be in shape to start?
Not at all. We coach all levels and scale everything so you can start where you are.
How often should I train?
Most beginners do best with 2–3 sessions/week. We’ll help you build a realistic schedule that fits your life and recovery.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes — one-on-one coaching is available if you want the most customized plan and fastest skill development.
